Booking
I am still waiting for data/ I would like to complete my order later. Is it possible to store data in the online shop? - Yes. Please click on the "Save" button between the individual order steps in the Trade Fair Media Online-Shop. Afterwards the data saved by you will be stored until the completion of your order.
I have successfully logged in, but the system hangs in a certain order step. Who can I turn to? - Please make sure that you have entered all mandatory data (e.g. selection of at least 1 product category) in the respective order step. If the problem persists, please contact our Media Service Team at
support.cwieme-shanghai@media-wt.com with a detailed description of the problem. We will solve the problem as soon as possible.

Editorial Deadline
When is the editorial deadline for booking media entries? - You will find the exact date for the editorial deadline in your e-mail with your access data. Changes/additional bookings to the entry in the print catalogue after the editorial deadline can only be accepted in individual cases. Bookings and correction requests for the online exhibitor directory (OED) will be accepted until shortly before the start of the trade fair.
I missed the deadline. Can I submit more data? - In individual cases, data may still be submitted after the editorial deadline. Please contact our Media Service Team at

Free Basic Entry
Why is information about my company already stored in the shop? Where did these come from? - The information for the basic entries is taken from the registration form for the stand booking. However, these occasionally contain errors. We therefore kindly ask you to check and, if necessary, to correct the data and to confirm it with the completion of the order.
I only want to see the basic entry that was included in my media package. Why do I need to log in to the w+t Trade Fair Media-Shop? - Even if you only want to use the free basic entry, it is important to log in to the w+t Trade Fair Media Shop and complete your order. The free basic entry also requires additional data (e.g. selection of product categories) that have to be filled in online. More importantly, only with the completion of the order you give us the print approval for your data and an order confirmation/proof sheet will be send to your e-mail address.
Corrections/Changes after Completion of Order
I have uploaded a wrong file/entered wrong information and would like to correct my entries after the order has been completed. Are changes possible? - Changes to completed orders are unfortunately not possible after the order has been placed, as your order is binding with the order confirmation. However, it is possible to exchange a wrong logo or correct entries if there is no change to the transacted order value and the deadline has not yet expired. Please contact our Media Service Team at

Can I still book additional products for my entry after my order was completed? - You can, of course, book additional products for your entry even after completing an order. Please contact our Media Service Team at
support.cwieme-shanghai@media-wt.com. We will gladly make the bookings for you.
My stand number is not correct or has changed. Where can I update it? - In the event of changes/updates to the stand number, please contact the trade fair organiser directly. After the trade fair organiser has send a confirmation about the changes to us, we will implement them.
Data Transfer
My entry hasn't changed much compared to last year. Can I transfer the data from the previous year? - Of course. Simply contact our Media Service Team at
support.cwieme-shanghai@media-wt.com, stating your company name. You then receive the correction copy of the data from the previous year for confirmation. If you agree with the transfer of the data, we will gladly make the booking for you.
I am an exhibitor with the German Pavilion (or another group participation). Will the data that I entered in the German Pavilion (or in the context of my participation) also be included in the official Trade Fair Catalogue? - No. The data you provide for the brochures or media entries for your participation will not appear in the Trade Fair Catalogue. As a Trade Fair participant, you must make a separate booking for your media entries in the Catalogue. Unfortunately, no data can be transferred here either, as these are separate booking systems.
Online Exhibitor Directory
How long will my entry in the online exhibitor directory (OED) remain visible? - The online exhibitor directory is generally online until the next edition of the fair. Entries and ads also remain active this long.
When will my entries or corrections in the online exhibitor directory become visible? - The online exhibitor directory is updated every 3 days. If your entries or changes are not yet online after 3 days, please contact our Media Service Team at
support.cwieme-shanghai@media-wt.com.
Co-Exhibitor
I am the main exhibitor with several co-exhibitors on my stand. Are my co-exhibitors automatically represented with a media entry? - Your co-exhibitors are also represented in the catalogue with a basic entry, but must book or conclude this independently of the main exhibitor. If your co-exhibitors have not received separate access data, please contact the trade fair organiser. Your co-exhibitors will then receive the access data separately in order to be able to book the media entries.
Advertisement
Where can I find a list of available products and prices? - You will find the available products and prices in the Media Service Guide (PDF), which is send to you in the e-mail also containing your access.
In what format must ads, logos, banners and product images be delivered? - The exact format specifications can be found in the Trade Fair Media Shop. If you are still unsure whether the quality of your file is sufficient, please contact our Media Service Team at

I booked a limited product. How do I know if it is still available? - As a rule, we mark already sold out products in the online shop. If in doubt, please contact our Media Service Team at
support.cwieme-shanghai@media-wt.com, who will be happy to provide you with information on the availability of limited products.
I would like to reserve an advertisement (cover page, bookmark). - You are welcome to reserve certain advertising spaces (advertisements, cover pages or bookmarks) in advance. Contact our Media Service Team at

Payment/Invoice
How can I pay? What are the payment options? - The available payment options are by PayPal and credit card (Saferpay).
I have lost the invoice for the booked media entries. - Please contact our Media Service Team at
support.cwieme-shanghai@media-wt.com and state your company name. We will send you a new copy of the invoice immediately.
I have received a payment request from you, but have not yet received an invoice. Why is that? - In this case, please contact our Media Service Team directly for clarification at
support.cwieme-shanghai@media-wt.com.
I have received a payment request from you, but have already paid the amount for the media entries booked. Who can I contact? - We are very sorry about that. We probably haven't registered your payment yet. Please contact our Media Service Team at
support.cwieme-shanghai@media-wt.com with your invoice number. We will check the status of your payment immediately with our accounting department.
Electricity, Badges, Furniture etc.
Can I also book electricity, badges, furniture etc. for my exhibition stand? - No. Unfortunately, we can only accept and process bookings for Trade Fair Media. Please contact the exhibitor service of the trade fair organizer (the contact data can be found in the Exhibitor Manual).
Catalogue
How, where and when do I get my free copy of the catalogue as an exhibitor? - As a rule, you will receive your free copy of the Trade Fair Catalogue on site at the trade fair.
